This blog will follow our adventures and experiences as we spend three months traveling through Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Please feel free to comment on any post as we'd love to see what ideas and conversation this project might generate.

Mekong Cruise, Waterfall Hike, and Monks on Procession
It's time for a video!
This covers our time cruising down the Mekong, playing in waterfalls, and watching the Alms Procession in Luang Prabang.
So jealous! Those pools looked amazing! It's too bad that you're being treated so badly over there!
Oh and the zip line tree house excursion was awesome! What all were you shooting video with? Just your phone? I can't wait until I'll be traveling and doing crazy stuff like this.
I hope you're still having an awesome time! I'll talk to you soon!
The video has all been shot on my Canon s95 or my iPhone 4s. The Canon does an amazing job for short clips where lighting is static. In situations where the lighting goes from light to dark or vise versa it is a piece of rubbish, but the iPhone is boss.
I have been making all the videos in iMovie on the iPad 2. It keeps it simple, but also it does a very good job.
Keep following the blog and let me know what ya think! :)
